New limit on amount of text and editing times

Your posts can now be 6 times as long, a total of 30000 characters. This was mainly done for the RPers, as they often have to cut their text into pieces to add posts after them.

And you can now edit your post whenever you want, the editing time limit has been removed.

thought you could lower it abit... I mean 30000 charas with a asize 12 font on word is about 9 pages lol
10000 would still be more then enought.
